1. Payments
Paid subscriptions for Snapa are billed by Snapa through Stripe. Stripe processes card payments securely; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription so it does not renew. Use the billing portal in your Snapa dashboard (Billing → Open billing portal) to cancel or update your payment method. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
3. Refunds
If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example duplicate charge, technical failure, or within any cooling-off period that applies to you), contact us through the support options in the app or on our website with your account email and receipt details. We review requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of purchase.
4. Help with the Snapa product
If you have a problem using Snapa (bugs, access, or features), contact us through the support options shown in the app or on our website. We will help resolve product issues promptly.
5. Free plan
No payment is taken for the free tier; this refund policy does not apply to free usage.

Your use of Snapa is also governed by our Terms of Service.
